Open Mic Night April 18th @ Puckett’s Chattanooga

Puckett's Chattanooga - Music on Stage

Come out and show us what you’ve got, Chattanooga! We’re hosting an open mic night on April 18th!

What: Puckett’s Chattanooga Open Mic Night (a night for local singer/songwriters/groups to come out and show off your talents)

When: Monday, April 18th at 6PM (local, Eastern time, y’all)

Where: Puckett’s Gro. & Restaurant stage | 2 West Aquarium Way, Suite 110, Chattanooga, TN 37402

Additional Details: We will begin sign-ups that evening at 5:30PM. Each artist will be allowed to perform one song–and of course we love originals at Puckett’s, so singer/songwriters are urged to come out! We will have 15 slots available. No more than three folks on stage at one time, so if you’re representing a band it will need to be stripped down. All artists will need to bring their own instruments, and 1/4″ cable(s) if applicable. No drum kits, no amps and no backing tracks. We have a full in-house system and one of our sound techs will be there to assist in mixing and making sure you sound great!

Please note, if you are planning on dining with us this evening be sure to contact the restaurant directly to book a reservation. This is not required, but suggested. You can call us at (423)708-8505 or BOOK ONLINE .

KROGER ADDS PUCKETT’S LINE OF SAUCES, SPICES & RUBS TO MIDDLE TN SHELVES

2016 New Spices-Sauces-16

You heard it here first, y’all! Krogers throughout Middle Tennessee are making two of our popular Franklin-based restaurants more accessible to local shoppers: this month, the retail grocery chain began stocking its shelves with Puckett’s Gro. & Restaurant and Puckett’s Boat House lines of sauces, spices and rubs that will allow fans to recreate the taste in their own home-cooked meals.

Eight of our products will be featured in the “Pick Tennessee” section across 40 stores, ranging between $3.99 and $4.99 and include our Puckett’s original and spicy BBQ sauces, a brisket marinade, a rib rub, a burger shake, a pork butt rub and an all-purpose seasoning.

We have a hunch that Puckett’s original and spicy tomato-based BBQ sauces will reign as the shelves’ most sought-after products. The original is the Marshall family’s Memphis-style version, which harkens back to Andy’s roots with a savory sauce that’s sweet with no heat, and as versatile as it gets. Its spicy sauce suggests more of a Texan influence, with bold flavor that holds just the right amount of pepper, and sweet and tangy at the same time.

Each of the Southern-bent seasoning offerings — which includes four different shakes and rubs — carry a little bit of heat, with a healthy balance of smoke to complement pulled pork, ribs, chicken, burgers and more. In addition to the specially blended spices, our Brisket Marinade and Puckett’s Boat House Pepper Sauce round out any shopper’s BBQ needs, and include chef directions on the label (i.e. “marinate meat overnight in your refrigerator for 8-12 hours to achieve that perfect Puckett’s taste”).

Do us a favor and take a selfie when you see it on the shelves and tag @puckettsgrocery and @puckettsboath — we want to see how good they look on the shelves!
